Private table
Meet people who build
Founders, engineers, operators, product people, and open-source builders working directly with AI.
Private monthly dinner series · Bay Area · 25 seats
Private taco dinners for Bay Area AI builders who are actually shipping.
25 founders, engineers, operators, and product builders. One excellent taco spot. No panels, no pitches, no conference cosplay - just high-signal conversations over tacos.
Why this exists
Most AI events are too big, too performative, or too full of people trying to sell the room. AI Taco Tour is deliberately small: one table, 25 builders, and a few hours to compare what's working, what's breaking, and what everyone is seeing before it becomes obvious.
Private table
Founders, engineers, operators, product people, and open-source builders working directly with AI.
Private table
Agents, evals, workflows, infra, adoption, hiring, GTM, weird edge cases - the stuff people do not say on panels.
Private table
No stage. No sponsor talk. No forced networking games. Just dinner, prompts, and useful people.

How the night works
01
Small enough that everyone can actually meet.
02
Dinner first. Networking second. No awkward badge-scanning.
03
A few light prompts around what people are shipping, stuck on, curious about, and able to help with.
04
After each stop, we publish light field notes: taco order, venue notes, and anonymized conversation themes.

The first table starts in Downtown San Jose: 25 AI builders, one room, and a simple question - what are you building that other serious builders should know about?
For the table
12 stops · the full route
The room gives it value. Twelve stops across the Bay. Each one capped, curated, and built around a useful room - not just a good taco.

How the route was built
Every stop earned its place against the same scorecard, then got a second pass for whether it could actually host a good night.
Sources: Michelin, the Chronicle, Eater, The Infatuation, local press, and operational checks. Then we went anyway.
